Implementasi Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas 3 Pada Materi Cerita Dari Kampung Halaman

The purpose of this study was to improve students' learning outcomes related to the material of family traditions and the surrounding community in class III B of SD Negeri 2 Kamal. The implementation of the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can improve learning outcomes. This type of research is a type of classroom action research (CAR). Students totaling 24 people in class III B of SD Negeri 2 Kamal were the subjects of this study. Data collection was carried out with diagnostic tests carried out 3 times. The results showed that the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can improve students' learning outcomes related to the material of family traditions and the surrounding community as evidenced by an increase in the percentage of values in each cycle from pre-cycle, cycle 1 and cycle 2. The percentage results in the pre-cycle were 4%, cycle 1 increased by 38% and cycle 2 increased by 67%. It can be concluded that the results of this study are that the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach can improve students' learning outcomes related to family traditions and the surrounding community.
