Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses penting yang dapat memperbaiki masa depan seseorang, dimana dalam proses ini guru memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Selain tugas administratif dan mempersiapkan bahan ajar, guru harus menyampaikan materi kepada anak didik, mengembangkan pola pikir, serta membangun karakter positif siswa. Guru juga perlu siaga menghadapi berbagai tantangan agar proses pembelajaran dapat tetap berjalan optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui urgensi dari learning agility pada guru dalam proses pendidikan membangun generasi bangsa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi literatur naratif dengan menggunakan beberapa artikel penelitian terdahulu dengan pemilihan tema yang sesuai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa learning agility merupakan karakter penting bagi guru yang berpengaruh pada performa kerja.
