Strategi Guru dalam Memotivasi Belajar Peserta Didik di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Student learning motivation as a major factor influencing academic success and engagement in learning. Factors such as an unconducive classroom environment, monotonous teaching methods and lack of teacher attention often lead to low learning motivation which negatively affects student attitudes and achievement. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach through a systematic literature study. Data were collected from various academic sources and critically analyzed based on the relevance, credibility and consistency of findings related to learning motivation. The results confirm that motivation is a key factor in learning and identify practical strategies that educators can implement to increase students' learning motivation.
