Analisis Potensi Kolaborasi Dosen PGSD dan Guru SLB dalam Penerapan Teknologi Pendidikan Adaptif

The integration of adaptive educational technology in teaching students with special needs demands not only pedagogical and technological skills, but also sensitivity to the learners’ unique contexts and classroom environments. This study explores the potential for collaboration between lecturers from the PGSD (Primary School Teacher Education) program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Brebes and teachers at SLB Mutiara Hati in developing technology-based instructional strategies tailored to individual student needs. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation of collaborative activities, and analyzed thematically. The findings highlight constructive collaborative opportunities, particularly in knowledge sharing about simple educational technologies, the creation of accessible digital learning media, and the development of individualized instructional planning. However, limitations in infrastructure, restricted interaction time, and the absence of a formal partnership framework present notable challenges. Strengthening inter-institutional collaboration and implementing joint training programs are recommended as sustainable strategies. These initiatives could serve as a foundational step toward building meaningful synergy between mainstream education and special education, contributing to the broader goals of inclusive education in Indonesia.
