Implementasi Pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas II

Learning motivation is an important factor and the main goal in the learning process. Effective learning motivation will also show effective learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning motivation of class II students of SD Negeri 2 Kamal in the Pancasila education subject through the Culturally Responsive Teaching learning model approach. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a 2-cycle process. The subjects of this study were 20 students at SD Negeri 2 Kamal. The research data obtained were in cycle I, students who obtained a passing grade were 5% while students who obtained an incomplete grade were 95%, in cycle I this showed low student learning motivation. In the next cycle, namely cycle II, data was obtained from students who obtained a passing grade was 90%, while students who obtained an incomplete grade were 10%, this condition showed an increase in learning outcomes and effective student learning motivation. These results indicate that the Culturally Responsive Teaching approach can increase the learning motivation of class II students in the Pancasila education subject.
