Peranan Media Pembelajaran Multimedia Berbasis Majalah Digital pada Kegiatan Pembelajaran Di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the role of multimedia learning media based on digital magazines in learning activities, and (2) the advantages and disadvantages of such learning media. This research uses the literature review method. Data collection techniques were carried out by reviewing several previous studies in the form of scientific articles and related books. The results of this study indicate that (1) the role of multimedia learning media based on digital magazines includes accessibility, support for various learning styles, increased learning motivation, and improved learning outcomes for students. (2) The advantages of multimedia learning media based on digital magazines include ease of use, accessibility anytime and anywhere, providing students with more knowledge, offering students new experiences, and allowing educators to create and design the materials to be taught. (3) The disadvantages of this learning media are that digital magazines can only be accessed with devices connected to the internet, making digital magazines inaccessible without an internet connection, the use of digital magazines can cause eye strain due to exposure to radiation from electronic devices, and not all students have equal access to devices and adequate internet connections, which can lead to disparities in the learning process.
